As a Senior Lecturer on Regenerative Leadership and Co-Founder of the Regenerative Alliance, my mission is to restore capitalism through compassionate and ethical entrepreneurship. Having led Medair, an international NGO with nearly 2,000 staff, I transitioned to academia at Lancaster University Management School, teaching leadership, governance, and strategy.

With a background in marketing at Credit Suisse and leadership development at Swissair, I hold advanced degrees in Management, Geography, and an MBA, alongside a doctoral degree focused on responsible leadership. Currently serving on advisory boards for B-Lab Europe and Oxford Analytica, and chairing Mercy Ships Switzerland, my commitment to integrity, justice, and fairness continues to drive my work.
