Being a business humanizer works as a reminder that business is first and foremost made by people for people. Numbers, slides, and charts might make us forget that—but behind every data point is a human story, a need, a dream.

Innate Motion is looking for a culturally curious and strategically sharp mid-level Cultural Decoder to join our global team of Business Humanizers. The ideal candidate has a native-level understanding of Mexican culture, works remotely from Mexico City, and is open to having regular opportunities abroad.

Why this role matters

We are expanding our footprint in Mexico to meet growing demand for cultural insights, brand strategy, and qualitative research. This role will:

  • Expand our Spanish-language capacity for global multi-market research and consultancy projects.

  • Conduct research (surveys, in-depth interviews, group discussions, and online communities)

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and synthesize into compelling narratives.

  • Write concise, well-designed reports, and help present findings to clients.

  • Collaborate on brand positioning and cultural transformation sessions, often through hands-on (virtual) client workshops.

What we’re looking for

  • Based in Mexico with deep understanding of local and regional culture.

  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

  • Master's degree in marketing, social science, business administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of market research experience on client or agency side, with a proven track record in fieldwork and analysis.

  • Curious mindset and learning attitude. An interest in brand strategy, cultural transformation, and making business more human.

  • Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.

  • Comfortable with working in remote collaboration across time zones.

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to operate as a self-employed contractor in Mexico and be able to invoice Innate Motion for their services under local tax regulations.

What we offer

  • Work in a borderless team with flexible hours and purpose-driven projects.

  • Remote-first, work from home, model with international travel opportunities.

  • Exposure to global clients and strategic assignments.

  • A culture of co-creation, flat hierarchy, and diverse perspectives.

  • Mentorship to grow within our dynamic organization.

  • Final hiring is conditional on securing a multi-year B1/B2 visa for the USA (Innate Motion reimburses the application cost)
