At Innate Motion, I bring the perspective of a global marketer and business leader who has built and led brands across continents. I believe brands grow best when rooted in cultural relevance and emotional resonance, and when they serve people. I also believe in growth. Business growth is the proof of our relevance, and it is human growth which makes it sustainable.
That belief has shaped my journey, from opening new markets in villages of the Mekong Delta or in the suburbs of Shanghai, to leading brand transformations in Europe and the US. I am at my best working with clients who want to grow meaningfully and build culturally fluent and future-facing brands.
Over the years, I’ve held CEO or senior marketing roles at Unilever, the Executive Committees of the Renault Group, and Amway, helping shape brand portfolios across automotive, luxury, nutrition, beauty, and wellness. I’ve had the privilege of working with more than 50 brands across countries and cultures, leading teams across regions to connect business growth with human aspirations. Whether launching new categories in China or redefining global brand purpose, I’ve always focused on staying close to people’s lives and designing experiences that matter.
Outside of work, I'm inspired by the richness of cultures I’ve lived in and the energy from meaningful conversations. I’m driven by the question: How can we use marketing to improve people’s lives, not just sell to them?
