In my previous roles as General Manager, I led major organizational transformations and built cultures of trust, experimentation, and shared ownership. I led two two Danone companies in France—Blédina and Nutricia—towards achieving the B Corp certification, proving that business can succeed while creating a positive social and environmental impact.

Beyond Innate Motion, I support purpose-driven start-ups as a business angel, always exploring new ways to think, be, and do. And when I need to reset and reflect, I head for open water and swim.
