Over more than two decades in international, multicultural environments, I've led R&D, innovation, and strategic technology programs, bringing experience from Unilever, Chiquita Brands Int., and Migros-Industry, backed by a PhD in Food Biotechnology and Preservation, building pioneering solutions, scaling what works, and raising the bar on performance under pressure.
